When we didn´t use character strenghts

Natalia: One day in spanish class i was talking a lot with some friends. The teacher had already called my attention twice and I still didn´t shut up so the third time he called my attention I got a mark. In that case i didn´t use self-control and there are the consequences.

Mariangel: The other day I was in Spanish class and I really wanted to pee but the teacher didn´t allow me to go. It was kind of an emergency, and I really needed to go. As a result I left his class and ran immediately went to the restroom, but without his permission. I didn´t used self-control and I received consequences.
